Grown high, near the Poas Volcano, this wonderfully acidic coffee springs to life in your mouth with its strong chocolate base (think dried dates rolled in chocolate), smooth honey-apricot overtones, and earthy finish. The texture is creamy and the aroma is stunningly sweet. La Pastora is a strictly high grown bean.
