Nestled along Honduras’s southwest borders with El Salvador and Guatemala, Octupeque is known for producing some of Honduras’s finest beans. With soaring mountains (4,000K+ feet above sea level), temperate microclimates, a plush old growth canopy, and nutrient-rich volcanic soil, Octupeque’s geography is near ideal for coffee growing. Our Octupeque’s is roasted to a rich medium / full-city shade that produces a wonderfully aromatic, full-bodied cup with soft, sweet berry notes and a mild milk chocolate close. Overall, this is a wonderfully robust yet elegant cup.
