Our Ethiopian CO2 decaffeinated coffee preservers the flavor notes and delicate aroma of a fully caffeinated Yirgacheffe. Naturally decaffeinated using the CO2 method, this beautiful coffee is roasted to a medium shade to allow the bean’s natural flavor range to emerge. Dominant tones are honey, tangerine, and dried apricot with hints of cinnamon and elderflowers. The cup is balanced and smooth with good body and good acidity. The mouthfeel is textured and velvety without feeling heavy. Overall, this is a wonderful, full-flavored, charismatic decaf!
