The lightest of the dark roasts, Vienna Roast has the depth of a dark roast and sparkle of a medium roast. Made from three Central American beans, Vienna Roast gets its rich, full body and nice mouthfeel from the Colombian, its lovely acidity and upper citrus notes from the Guatemalan, and its elegant, silky texture from the Honduran. Dignified and subtle, this lovely brew is velvety with a bright citrus start and rich chocolaty close.
