This wonderful Mexican Rancho is grown on a very small farm, Rancho San Francisco, nestled 5,000 ft. above sea level on the breathtaking slopes of the Sierra Madre Mountains, in Mexico’s Chiapas region. Chiapas has a long, well-earned reputation for producing Mexico’s finest beans and this Rancho does not disappoint! A chemical-free, fumigation-free farm, Rancho San Francisco produces and processes their coffee naturally. This is a beautiful, bright, wonderfully acidic medium roast coffee rich in deep berry tones that close with a sharp winey note.
